Why we exist
Home energy programs are administered locally but discovered nationally. A homeowner can encounter federal rules, a state office, multiple utilities, equipment requirements, contractor restrictions, application windows, and annual budgets before knowing whether a project is eligible.
We built Upgrade Rebates to make that landscape navigable: one national platform, a dedicated guide for every state, and a clear path back to the agency or utility responsible for each published rule.
What we actually do
We organize state-program status, published utility measures, project categories, eligibility checkpoints, and primary-source links. The platform helps homeowners narrow the search; the administering program makes the final decision on eligibility, funding, amount, and approval.
