DNREC's Home Energy Rebate Programs page states the Home Efficiency Rebate Program and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebate Program 'are expected to launch once funding is received later this year' and that the programs must first be approved by the U.S. Department of Energy. The page carries no visible 2026 update and references public information sessions held in June 2024, so it is stale. No primary Delaware source confirming a launch was found; treat current status as unknown. DNREC directs residents to energizedelaware.org for other efficiency program options in the meantime.
