CEO launched the HEAR single-family program through registered contractors. As of the CEO HEAR funding dashboard dated 08/3/26, both regions are closed: Region 1 (Front Range) shows $0 remaining and 'Program Closed for Region 1' (applications submitted after April 27, 2026 are denied), and Region 2 shows $0 remaining and 'Program Closed for Region 2' (the stated application window ran until August 1, 2026). About $13.7M remains for HEAR small multifamily buildings, which the dashboard states are not yet available. The HER (HOMES) program is described as coming in 2026 for manufactured/mobile homes and large multifamily buildings and is not open to site-built single-family homeowners.

Can I still get a federal tax credit in Colorado?
No. 25C and 25D were both repealed by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act for property placed in service after December 31, 2025. Anything installed in Colorado in 2026 earns no federal residential energy credit. Work finished on or before that date can still be claimed.
