AHFC's residential energy rebates page states "NO rebates are currently available at this time (Exception: New Homes Construction)" and lists "Program Launch TBD" for the Home Owner Managing Energy Savings (HOMES) and High-Efficiency Electric Home Rebate programs. The only AHFC rebate currently open is the New Home Construction Rebate, which is a state program, not the IRA rebates. AHFC also warns that unsolicited contact about this program is likely a scam.

Can I still get a federal tax credit in Alaska?

No. 25C and 25D were both repealed by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act for property placed in service after December 31, 2025. Anything installed in Alaska in 2026 earns no federal residential energy credit. Work finished on or before that date can still be claimed.
