Latest program update

ODOE's program pages state "No rebates are currently available" and that a launch date will be set only when ODOE has approval to launch from the U.S. Department of Energy. ODOE also states that U.S. DOE has suspended approvals of all state launch requests while reviewing agency priorities and program requirements. Delivery is assigned to Energy Trust of Oregon in PGE and Pacific Power territory and to Earth Advantage in 38 consumer-owned utility and Idaho Power territories.

Can I still get a federal tax credit in Oregon?

No. 25C and 25D were both repealed by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act for property placed in service after December 31, 2025. Anything installed in Oregon in 2026 earns no federal residential energy credit. Work finished on or before that date can still be claimed.
