The Oklahoma Department of Commerce administers both IRA rebate programs and has not opened them to homeowners. Its State Energy Office page states it will be approximately 18-24 months before the programs are available to the Oklahoma public and gives a Winter 2025 - Summer 2026 window, but that text dates from the 2024 contractor solicitation and no application portal exists. No revised launch date has been published.
